The whole process it felt like Denise worked for the buyer. At one point we showed the home for her, she wasn't available on a few occasions and I needed to do her job. The only time she was willing to go out of her way was to rush the sale along, and that was only one time. That one time was at the benefit of her and the buyer. I felt like she was just collecting the comission, not working to sell the home. I bring this experience up to anyone who has asked who we used. I will not recommend her to anyone. I feel this process could have been better with an agent that actually cared for the seller, not just their commission.

Dedication, communication,perseverance

We had our family camp listed with another relator for many years. Each year it went into the MSL listing. We understand our camp was more acreage than home and not a easy sell . When we listed with Denise Hill she went at selling aggressively. She targeted hunters and snowmobiling groups. Always trying something to sell our camp. Our family appreciated her attempts other than just "listing" it. She always had time for my questions even if it was after hours. What was also a HUGE help, was she would hike up and check our camp. Make sure the signs were still posted at the base of the property. With our last relator we would find no signs or find them thrown in the woods. On one checking she was able to let us know a tree had come down across our road. She was able to save use few 6 hour drives up and cost of a hotel since the cabin was winterized to check on the camp. The man who used to check for us had passed away. We feel extremely fortunate that we received her call to introduce herself and offer her services.

Denise sold our house in less than a year when two other agents couldn't do that in the previous 9 years! She was on top of everything from day one. We had more showings with Denise than we had the previous 9 years due to the way she listed our house. We had a lot of online traffic which had never happened either. She was easy to work with, easy to get in touch with and took every suggestion or comment we had into consideration. Her knowledge and professionalism was a breath of fresh air.
